Ingredients
- bhindi (okra)500 g
- onion2 no.
- tomato2 no.
- ginger garlic paste1 tsp
- jeera1 tsp
- haldi1/2 tsp
- red chilli powder1 tsp
- coriander powder1 tbsp
- amchur1 tsp
- garam masala1/2 tsp
- oil4 tbsp
- salt1 tsp
Method
- 1Wash and thoroughly dry the bhindi, then slice into pieces. · 6m
- 2Saute the bhindi in hot oil until the stickiness disappears, then remove and set aside. · 8m
- 3In the same pan, splutter jeera and saute onion and ginger garlic paste until golden. · 4m
- 4Add tomato with haldi, red chilli powder and coriander powder and cook to a soft masala. · 4m
- 5Return the bhindi with salt and toss gently to coat, cooking for a few minutes. · 3m
- 6Finish with amchur and garam masala and serve hot with roti. · 1m
