- maida4 tbsp
- cornflour3 tbsp
- ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
- onion1 no.
- capsicum1 no.
- green chilli2 no.
- soy sauce2 tbsp
- green chilli sauce1 tbsp
- tomato ketchup2 tbsp
- vinegar1 tbsp
- spring onion (optional)2 no.
- oil (for frying)as needed as needed
- salt1 tsp
Method
- 1Cut cauliflower into florets and blanch them in hot water for 2 minutes. · 5m
- 2Make a batter with maida, cornflour, salt and water, coat the florets and deep fry until crisp and golden. · 8m
- 3In a wok, heat oil and stir fry ginger garlic paste, green chilli, onion and capsicum on high. · 3m
