Delete your WifeFood account
You can delete your account and associated kitchen data here. You do not need to install or reopen the mobile app.

Sign in with your WifeFood email and password, select Delete my account, then confirm your password and deletion. This removes your account immediately and cannot be undone. This works for cooks, partners, helpers and admins; the last admin must appoint another admin first.

Send a deletion request from the email address registered with WifeFood. We will verify that the account is yours and complete deletion within 7 days. Do not send your password or identity documents.

Your profile, password, preferences, household members, meal plans, pantry, shopping list, cook history, contributed recipes, device push tokens and kitchen links are removed. Linked people keep their own accounts.
Usage and error records and content reports are unlinked from your account. Limited security and admin audit records remain to investigate abuse. Protected recovery backups expire through the daily retention cycle after 14 full days, with up to 16 days for scheduled cleanup. Backups are not used for ordinary app requests.
